Agendic

Terms of Service

Effective September 29, 2026

These terms are an agreement between you and Orchestrator AI Ltd., a company based in Alberta, Canada, which makes Agendic. By using Agendic you agree to them. If you use Agendic for a company, you agree on its behalf and confirm that you may do so.

The service

Agendic prepares an agenda for each of your meetings from the sources you connect, and sends it to the people in the meeting when you approve it. How your information is handled is described in the Privacy Policy.

Private beta

Agendic is in private beta. Features can change, be limited or be removed, and the beta can end. We may limit how many agendas an account can draft in a day. We will try to tell you before a change that affects how you use Agendic.

Your account

You sign in with your Google account. You must be at least 18 and use Agendic for work. You are responsible for what happens under your account, so keep your Google account secure and tell us at info@orchestrator.ca if you think someone else has used it.

Your content and the sources you connect

Your content stays yours. That includes what Agendic reads from the sources you connect and the agendas you write and send. You give us permission to store and process it only to provide Agendic to you.

You confirm that you have the right to connect each source, and to share what you send with the people you send it to.

Drafts written by AI

Agendas are drafted by an AI model and can contain mistakes or leave things out. Read every draft before you send it. Nothing is sent to the people in your meeting until you approve it, and you are responsible for what you send.

Using Agendic fairly

You agree not to:

Other services

Agendic works with services run by others, such as Google, Slack, Atlassian and Calendly. Their terms apply to your use of them, and we are not responsible for how they behave.

Fees

Agendic is free during the private beta. If that changes, we will tell you the price before any charge, and you can stop using Agendic instead.

What is ours

Agendic, its software, its design and its name belong to Orchestrator AI Ltd. These terms give you the right to use Agendic, not to own any part of it. If you send us suggestions, we may use them without owing you anything.

Stopping

You can stop using Agendic at any time, and ask us to delete your account at info@orchestrator.ca. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, puts others at risk, or puts Agendic at risk. Where we can, we will tell you first.

No warranty

Agendic is provided as it is and as it is available. To the extent the law allows, we make no promises about it beyond what these terms say, including that it will be uninterrupted, free of errors, or fit for a particular purpose.

Limit of liability

To the extent the law allows, Orchestrator AI Ltd. is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for lost profit, revenue, data or goodwill, arising from your use of Agendic. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us for Agendic in the twelve months before the claim, and one hundred Canadian dollars. Nothing in these terms limits liability that the law does not allow us to limit.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Alberta and the laws of Canada that apply there. Disputes are heard by the courts of Alberta.

Changes

When we change these terms we post the new version here and change the date at the top. If a change is significant, we tell you by email before it takes effect. Using Agendic after a change means you accept it.
